The Ališić-case, which has already been presented in a Brown bag seminar on 22 May has now been finally decided by the European Court of Human Rights. This leads to high expectations of the persons damaged by the policy of Ljubljanska Banka and might result in high costs for the Slovenian state. The lecture explains the final judgement and its consequences in the historical context.
