Exercise, healthy living and sport are of major importance in our society. This master’s programme builds on what you have learned in the bachelor’s programme to enhance and extend your theoretical and practical expertise, enabling you to plan and supervise sports and physical activity programmes.

Preparation for a wide range of career paths

As a graduate of the master’s programme, and depending on your additional qualifications and chosen specialisation, you will be able to work in a range of different professional fields related to exercise and sport. If you specialise in training therapy and public health, you will be able to work in both these areas, and in recreation and prevention, wellness and fitness, relaxation and stress reduction, weight management, or functional analysis of posture and movement. In performance and training there are career options in technique analysis, performance diagnostics, coaching, training, or devising competition strategies.
