The information hub 4students is available to all prospective and current students at the University of Graz, as the central point of contact for questions about studying here. By phone, e-mail or in person – 4students is happy to help with your questions.
For international students who have chosen Graz as their destination for a mobility period, the Welcome Center is the first point of contact. From your application for admission, and information on requirements for entry to Austria, right through to practical tips for getting started here as a student – the Welcome Center offers help and support.
Students with health impairments or chronic illnesses are given the best possible support with the practicalities of day-to-day student life. The Disability Resource Centre provides individualised advice and support with anything from finding accommodation and ensuring students can access information, to any necessary adaptation of exams.
Looking after children or caring for relatives while studying is very challenging. What is the best way to combine studying with active care responsibilities? Information and support are available from unikid & unicare.
If you are interested in doctoral studies/an academic career, the Doctoral Academy offers an extensive range of help and services. These range from personal advice sessions to a wide variety of courses teaching key skills for planning and carrying out a research project for a doctoral thesis.

The Austrian Students' Union (ÖH) at the University of Graz is the representative body elected by students. It represents the interests of students within the university and politics and also offers support in legal matters, student financing, questions about study content and much more.
