FAQs about flExam

FlExam exams are marked as such in the exam description in UGO. In addition, your lecturers should have informed you by email if you are registered for the course on UGO. If you are unsure, you can ask your lecturer or visit flexam(at)uni-graz.at.

All flExam examinations are on campus.

The exams always take place in the Schuhmeister examination room (0033EG0100) at the Wall University Center, Merangasse 70, 8010 Graz on the first floor. However, you can also find the location in UGO at the exam date and at your selected desired date on flExam.

Yes, exam registration on UGO is a prerequisite for booking the exam date on flExam.uni-graz.at.

No! The date shown in UGO is only a placeholder and not your exam date. You can book your appointment after registering on UGO at flexam.uni-graz.at.

After registering for the exam in UGO, you can book an exam date at flexam.uni-graz.at.

If another examination date still has free places, the date can be rebooked via the booking interface flexam.uni-graz.at.

The dates offered may vary depending on the course. In principle, one appointment per examination or in an examination week is planned.

The deregistration deadline can be found in UGO. It should generally be possible to deregister up to 1 day before the examination.

The deregistration must be carried out twice:
1. In the appointment booking interface at flexam.uni-graz.at
2. In UNIGRAZonline.

Important: Deregistration from the flExam appointment is not an automatic deregistration in UNIGRAZonline.

With flExam, you can take your exams more flexibly in terms of time. On the one hand, exam slots are available to you over several days at different times and on the other hand, flExam allows lecturers to make exam dates available almost every month.

For a flExam exam, you must first register for the course exam on UGO in the same way as for other exams. Once you have done this, you can register on flexam.uni-graz.at and select the desired examination date. You then appear in the specified examination room on the date you have chosen and take your digital exam there as usual. You will then receive the results from your lecturers after they have been entered on UGO.

Each lecturer decides for themselves which aids (e.g. calculators, documents, etc.) are permitted. These are known to the exam supervisors and only these may be used for the exam.

As always, any kind of cheating (including attempts) will be reported to the relevant lecturer without exception.

If you have any questions or problems with flExam, please contact flexam(at)uni-graz.at
