Ausstellung zeigt Kunst in den Gewächshäusern

Rund 50 BesucherInnen zeigten gestern bei der Vernissage der Ausstellung "Magnum Vitrum. Altes neu gesehen" reges Interesse, unter ihnen VertreterInnen der Altstadt-Sachverständigenkommission, der Universität Graz und des Bundesdenkmalamtes.

 

Die Ausstellung wird bis Ende Jänner 2015 im inspirierenden Ambiente der Giencke-Gewächshäuser des Botanischen Gartens einen Raum für Kunst mit Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch definieren, da sie mit den interessanten Foto- und Grafikarbeiten von Wener Steiner und Maret Schweiger zwei Projekte präsentiert, die die Erhaltung der historischen Gewächshäuser und der Natur als unersetzlichen Lebensraum implizieren.
