Der vierte Energierechtstag der REWI-Fakultät in Kooperation mit der Energie Steiermark erörterte volkswirtschaftliche Herausforderungen

Bereits zum vierten Mal veranstalteten gestern die Energie Steiermark und die REWI-Fakultät der Uni Graz den Energierechtstag, der sich diesmal ganz dem Thema Energiewende widmete. Der Umstieg auf nachhaltige, erneuerbare Energieformen ist eine immense volkswirtschaftliche Herausforderung für Staat und Gesellschaft. Über hundert JuristInnen und Juristen diskutierten die neuesten rechtlichen Anforderungen – unter anderem europäische und verfassungsrechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, die Genehmigung von Kleinwasserkraftwerken oder aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Ökostromförderung. Weitere Themen waren das steiermärkische Entwicklungsprogramm für Windenergie sowie die jüngere Rechtsprechung im Energierecht.

Die ReferentInnen und TeilnehmerInnen der Podiumsdiskussionen waren die Rechtsanwälte Georg Eisenberger (Eisenberger Herzog Rechtsanwalts GmbH) und Thomas Rabl (KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwälte GmbH), Edith Hofer von der Generaldirektion Energie der Europäischen Kommission, Josef Holzer von der Österreichischen Abwicklungsstelle für Ökostrom sowie die ProfessorInnen der Uni Graz Eva Schulev-Steindl und Karl Stöger.
