Was gibt's im Pop-up-Store zu sehen, hören und zu erfahren? Rektor Peter Riedler und Chemiker Philipp Spitzer geben im AirCampus einen Einblick

Der AirCampus, das Podcast-Portal der Grazer Universitäten, startet in eine neue Woche. Dieses Mal mit diesen vier Beiträgen:

1) Wissen to go: „Wissen zum Mitnehmen“ lautet das Motto des Pop-up-Stores der Uni Graz in der Innenstadt. Interessierte und angehende Studierende erwartet hier nos bis 16. Juni ein facettenreicher Vorgeschmack auf die Welt der Uni und der Wissenschaft.

2) „Racing“ studieren: Design – Build – Race – der jährliche Zyklus des TU Graz Racing Teams. Jahr für Jahr planen und konstruieren die Mitglieder des Studierendenteams einen Rennwagen, mit dem sie dann an Wettbewerben auf der ganzen Welt teilnehmen. Und das mit großem Erfolg!

3) Neue Krebsbehandlung: Eine Studie der Med Uni Graz belegt die Wirksamkeit der Behandlung von Krebsvorstufen: Mit einer Creme kann durch schnelles Behandeln Krebs im Genitalbereich verhindert werden.

4) Virtuoses Gitarrenspiel: Der neue KUG-Professor Lukasz Kuropaczewski stellte sich letzte Woche dem Grazer Publikum vor. Im Vorfeld der 5. International Guitar Week erzählte er im AirCampus-Interview mehr über sein Antrittskonzert und auch über das Gitarrenstudium an der Kunstuni Graz.

Was ist der AirCampus?
Das Podcast-Projekt der vier Grazer Universitäten versorgt MitarbeiterInnen, Studierende sowie alle Interessierten das ganze Studienjahr über mit wissenswerten Infos aus der Welt der Forschung, aus dem Bildungsbereich und dem Campusleben der Universität Graz, Technischen Universität Graz, Medizinischen Universität Graz und Kunstuniversität Graz.

Früher als "Webradio" bekannt, gibt es auf der Website http://www.aircampus-graz.at auch alle Podcasts, die vor dem 2. Oktober 2017 publiziert wurden, im Archiv zum Nachhören. Uns gibt es übrigens auch auf Spotify und Apple Podcasts! Die Initiative erhielt 2012 den Inge-Morath-Preis des Landes Steiermark, 2017 den PR-Panther in der Kategorie "Wissenschaft" und 2018 den Green Panther in der Kategorie Online Kommunikation.

The exhibition, designed as a travelling exhibition for schools, will open on 9 March 2026 at the Dreihackengasse Gymnasium in Graz.
