Siedlungsarbeiten am Universitätsplatz 2 sind fast abgeschlossen

Unter einem Dach vereint sind seit diesem Sommer die PsychologInnen der Uni Graz – und zwar am Universitätsplatz 2. Seit November 2014 wurden dort ehemalige Labors um insgesamt 1,2 Millionen Euro in nagelneue Büroräume umgebaut.

Der Hauptteil der Möbel wurde vergangene Woche gesiedelt - in Kürze hat ihr alter Standort in der Maiffredygasse 12b ausgedient. In die Brandhofgasse 5, wo die ehemals in der Krenngasse untergebrachten MitarbeiterInnen des Instituts für Psychologie kurzfristig stationiert waren, siedelt das Doktoratskolleg Klimawandel.

Der großzügige Umbau im Erdgeschoß des Gebäudes am Universitätsplatz 2, das in den Jahren 1896 bis 1899 erbaut wurde, freut auch die ZoologInnen, die nun ebenfalls neue Räumlichkeiten vor Ort nutzen werden können.
