Freier Eintritt und Führungen: Das GrazMuseum lädt am Mittwoch den 27. Mai 2015 ein

Das GrazMuseum lädt alle Studierenden, MitarbeiterInnen und Alumni der Uni Graz am Mittwoch den 27. Mai 2015 von 14 bis 19 Uhr ein. Eröffnet wird der Uni-Aktionstag mit einer Führung durch die aktuelle Ausstellung „Social Media 1900. Illustrierte Postkarten und ihr Gebrauch“. Kuratorin Martina Zerovnik führt anschließend durch die Ausstellung „...diese idiotischen Untergangsjahre“ und als letzten Programmpunkt wird eine Buchpräsentation zum Thema „Gateway India. Deutschsprachiges Exil zwischen britischer Kolonialherrschaft, Maharadschas und Gandhi“ von der Grazer Historikerin Margit Franz angeboten.

Programm:

14 Uhr: Social Media 1900. Illustrierte Postkarten und ihr Gebrauch.
17 Uhr: ››... diese idiotischen Untergangsjahre‹‹ Wilhelm Thöny als Regimentsmaler im Ersten Weltkrieg. Kuratorinnenführung mit Martina Zerovnik
18 Uhr: Gateway India. Deutschsprachiges Exil zwischen britischer Kolonialherrschaft, Maharadschas und Gandhi. CLIO-Buchpräsentation und Vortrag von Dr. Margit Franz

Freier Eintritt am 27. Mai 2015 auch für die Dauerausstellung „360GRAZ. Die Stadt von allen Zeiten“
