Das Konfuzius-Institut startet mit neuem Programm ins neue Jahr

Das chinesische Neujahrsfest wird zwar erst am 10. Februar 2013 begannen, wenn die Welt ins Jahr der Wasserschlange eintritt. Dennoch bietet das Konfuzius-Institut der Uni Graz schon im Jänner ein brandneues Programm mit zwei Veranstaltungen:

In Gonfu Cha – Eine kleine Einführung in die chinesische Teekultur wird den TeilnehmerInnen die Geschichte, Entwicklung und soziale Bedeutung des chinesischen Tees näher gebracht. Tee ist unentbehrlich im Leben der ChinesInnen: In mehreren tausend Jahren hat China nicht nur enormes Wissen über Teeanbau und dessen Produktion angesammelt, sondern auch eine vielfältige und legendenreiche Teekultur entwickelt. TeilnehmerInnen des Seminars können anschließend in den geschmacklichen und optischen Genuss einer traditionellen Teeverkostung kommen und die Kunst des Teeaufbrühens erlernen.
