USB-Stick mit wichtigen Infos für neue MitarbeiterInnen

Die Uni Graz auf neun Quadratzentimetern: Alle neuen MitarbeiterInnen der Uni Graz erhalten ab sofort die wichtigsten Informationen zum Arbeitsstart an der Universität auf dem USB-Stick der Uni Graz. Zum einen sind die Inhalte digital rasch und flexibel verfügbar, zum anderen wird mit dem reduzierten Einsatz von Papier der Nachhaltigkeit Rechnung getragen.
Auf dem Stick enthalten sind unter anderem: das Handbuch für neue MitarbeiterInnen, Infos zu Corporate Design und Logo, verschiedene Merkblätter des Personalressorts sowie Präsentationen des Arbeitskreises für Gleichbehandlungsfragen, Lehr- und Studienservices und des Büros für Internationale Beziehungen. Alles Wissenswerte zum umfangreichen Weiterbildungsangebot der Universität ist ebenso abrufbar.
„Alle neuen KollegInnen erhalten den Stick nach Vertragsunterzeichnung von der/dem zuständigen PersonalrefentIn“, erklärt Personalentwicklerin Kerstin Käfer.
