Die UNI-IT baut um und organisiert neu: Der Infopoint im Resowi wurde verlegt und erstrahlt nach den Osterferien in neuem Glanz

Die UNIT-IT baut um: Der Support soll weiter verbessert werden, der Infopoint wird verlegt und es wird Raum für das technische Team geschaffen. Der Infopoint der UNI-IT am Resowi ist in den größeren und freundlicheren PC Raum 2 übersiedelt. Er dient fortan als Kontaktstelle für alle Face2Face-Anfragen, als Übergabepunkt für Geräte und Posterdrucke sowie als Servicestelle für schnell zu erledigende Problemlösungen.

Wegen weiterer Übersiedlungen und Adaptionsarbeiten kommt es an folgenden Tagen zu Einschränkungen:

Freitag, 22.3. ab 12:00 Uhr: Wegen Grundreinigung wird der InfoPoint Resowi sowie der Servicedesk und der technische Support geschlossen. Ein Notbetrieb unter Tel. 2240 bleibt aber aufrecht.

Dienstag, 2.4. ab 14:00 Uhr bis Mittwoch, 3.4., 16:00 Uhr: Infopoint und technischer Support werden geschlossen. Der Servicedesk ist telefonisch wie gewohnt erreichbar. Dringende Anliegen betreffend PC-Support bitte über den Servicedesk melden.
