Neue Wege zum PC

Standard-IT-Geräte bis 1.500 Euro jetzt elektronisch bestellen

Seit Anfang Jänner können über den neu entwickelten elektronischen PC-Beschaffungsprozess in SAP alle Bestellungen von Standard-IT-Geräten bis 1.500 Euro elektronisch abgewickelt werden. Somit sind keine Doppeleingaben mehr notwendig und die Durchlaufzeit der Beschaffung wird wesentlich verkürzt. Das gilt auch für die Beschaffung von Standardgeräten für § 26 Projekte. Der Workflow wurde technisch vom Competence Center SAP in enger Abstimmung mit der UNI-IT, der Abteilung für Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung sowie der Wirtschaftsabteilung an der Uni Graz entwickelt.


Durch die Abbildung des Prozesses in SAP ist gewährleistet, dass Standard-PCs bis 1.500 Euro auch aufgrund der Anhebung der Grenze für Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter weiterhin eindeutig über die SAP-Bestellnummer zuordenbar sind. Damit werden die Vermögenswerte sowie die Einhaltung der Lizenzvereinbarungen sichergestellt. Ein weiterer Vorteil der elektronischen Form ist auch, dass die Anweisungsberechtigten die Genehmigungen der Bestellungen auf Basis der Anträge zeit- und ortsunabhängig – bekannt ist der Vorgang bereits aus dem Urlaubs- und Rechnungsworkflow – durchführen können. Auch sind die Anträge – auch archivierte Daten - zentral in einem System aufruf- und bearbeitbar. Informationen über den Status der Bestellung bzw. Lieferung werden im Support-Portal der UNI-IT dargestellt.

Für Friends of IT (FIT) besteht zudem die Möglichkeit einen kostenlosen Zugang zum elektronischen Standard-PC-Beschaffungsformular im ESS-Employee Self Service zu erhalten. Somit kann die Auswahl des Modells, die Konfiguration und die Eingabe der Daten zum Gerät durch die FITs erfolgen. Die Ergänzung weiterer Daten und die Anlage der Bestellung erfolgt dann durch die SAP-UserInnen der Einheit.

Rescue and risks: Researchers have surveyed public perceptions of AI
