Chancen, Grenzen und Selbsterfahrung: Uni Graz servierte Fasten als Tagungsthema

Von spiritueller Selbstfindung über gesellschaftliches Diktat bis hin zum Anti-Ageing-Mittel – Fasten in seinen unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen war Thema einer Tagung am 8. November 2014 im Meerscheinschlössl an der Uni Graz. Über den interdisziplinären Tellerrand blickten dabei die wissenschaftlichen Vortragenden und vermittelten dem Publikum interessante Einblicke in die kontrollierte Nahrungsreduktion.

Auf dem Podium: Ernährungstrainer Robert Dunst, Religionswissenschafterin Ao.Univ.-Prof. DDr. Theresia Heimerl, der Germanist Mag. Helmut Klug, Biochemiker Univ.-Prof. Dr. Frank Madeo sowie Biologe Univ.-Prof. Dr. Franz Wuketits. Das Symposium war eine Premiere und wurde vom Geschmackslabor der Uni Graz in Zusammenarbeit mit der 7. fakultät veranstaltet.
