Erwachsene tun ihren Kindern keinen Gefallen, wenn sie über Sterben, Tod und Trauer schweigen. Die Hospizakademie von UNI for LIFE, der Weiterbildungsgesellschaft der Uni Graz, beleuchtete im Rahmen einer Podiumsdiskussion am 31. Oktober 2012 in der Aula der Karl-Franzens-Universität das gesellschaftliche Tabuthema.
Unter dem Titel „Sterben - (k)ein Tabu?(!) Hospiz macht Schule - Kinder und Jugendliche beschäftigen sich mit dem Tod“ diskutierten unter der Moderation von Dr. Ernst Sittinger (Kleine Zeitung): Monika Benigni, Projektleiterin Hospizverein Steiermark, Dr. Herbert Ederer, Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin, Anna-Maria Fischer, 8. Klasse BORG Bad Radkersburg, Prof. Mag. Dietmar Krausneker, Fachinspektor für katholische Religion, sowie Hofrat Mag. Johann Wieser, ehem. Direktor des BORG Bad Radkersburg.
