Festakt zur Emeritierung von Waldemar Jud

Am 24.9.2012 fand im Meerscheinschlößl ein Festakt anlässlich der Emeritierung von O. Univ.Prof. DDr. Waldemar Jud vom Institut für Österreichisches und Internationales Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz statt.

Im Rahmen dieser Feier wurde von den Herausgebern Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Alfons Grünwald, Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schummer und Univ.-Prof. Dr. Johannes Zollner dem Jubilar eine Festschrift überreicht, an der 45 AutorInnen mitgewirkt hatten.

Nach der Begrüßung durch den Vizedekan der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefan Storr, hielten Em. Univ.-Prof DDr. Horst Wünsch, Hon.-Prof. RA. DDr. Hellwig Torggler sowie der ehemalige Generaldirektor der RLB Oberösterreich, Dr. Ludwig Scharinger, die Festansprachen.

Unter den zahlreichen Gästen befanden sich neben der Familie des Jubilars viele Persönlichkeiten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis.
