Schloss Thinnfeld in Deutschfeistriz ist historische Stätte, architektonisches und kunsthistorisches Juwel. Der Grazer Universitätsverlag veröffentlicht ein neues Buch zum 250-Jahr-Jubiläum

Zum 250. Geburtstag von Schloss Thinnfeld in Deutschfeistritz stellt ein AutorInnenteam das über die Steiermark hinaus bemerkenswerte Bau- und Kunstjuwel des 18. Jahrhunderts aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln dar. WissenschafterInnen der Uni Graz beleuchten in einer neuen Publikation unter anderem die Geschichte des Hauses sowie der Familie Thinnfeld, die Wand- und Deckengemälde des österreichischen Freskenmalers Joseph Adam Ritter von Mölk, die Stuckarbeiten von Heinrich Formentini oder Ausstattung und Möblierung des Schlosses. Der Band "Schloss Thinnfeld: Ein Gesamtkunstwerk des 18. Jahrhunderts", herausgegeben von Eva Klein, Margit Stadlober und Ulla Steinklauber, ist im Grazer Universitätsverlag erschienen und Teil der Reihe "Forschungen zur geschichtlichen Landeskunde der Steiermark".
