Functional Dance am USI Graz

Im Zuge der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung der Universität Graz wird in diesem Semester wieder neben den Sportkursen des Universitäts-Sportinstituts (USI) eine kostenlose Praxis-Reihe für gesundheitsbewusste Bedienstete angeboten.

Diese Kurse finden jeweils Montagnachmittag am UNI Sportzentrum (USZ), Max Mell Allee 11, statt.
Es werden 2 Themenblöcke angeboten, für die man sich bitte jeweils bis Freitag vor Blockbeginn per Mail an usigraz(at)uni-graz.at anmeldet.

1. Themenblock (Anmeldung bis 9. Oktober 2015):
4 Einheiten FUNCTIONAL DANCE
mit Mag. Katrin Zunkovic
Am 12., 19. Oktober und am 09., 16. November 2015, jeweils 17.00-18.00 Uhr am USZ Halle 4

Inhalte: Die Kombination aus Dance Moves und funktionellem Training straffen den Body, lassen überschüssige Kilos purzeln. Das Training basiert auf den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen aus den Bereichen: Dance, Step, Functional Training, Yoga, Pilates uvm.

4 Einheiten à 60 min, bequeme Sportkleidung mitbringen
