Welcome Day lockte rund 1000 Erstis an die Uni Graz. Informationsexplosion der Superlative

Die Universität Graz öffnet ihre Pforten, diesmal nicht für Studieninteressierte und Maturantinnen. Erstsemestrige standen im Fokus des Welcome Day, der wieder umfassend über die Services und wichtige Abteilungen der Uni Graz rund ums Studium informierte. "Wir hatten rund 1500 Anmeldungen zu den Workshops und Touren", zeigte sich Organisatorin Elisabenth Krauss von 4students-Studieninfoservice sichtlich begeistert. "Wir schätzen, dass rund 1000 Personen den Willkommenstag als Info-Quelle für ihr Studium genutzt haben", führt sie aus.

Büro für Internationale Beziehungen, Universitätsbibliothek Graz, treffpunkt sprachen, Studien- und Prüfungsabteilung, UNI-IT und USI stellten ihre Services vor und berieten die StudienanfängerInnen. Am Stand von alumni UNI graz konnten Erstsemestrige ihr AbsolventInnen-Foto der Zukunft machen. Bei Spezial-Touren und Workshops wurden unterschiedliche Studienrichtungen vorgestellt.
