Auch Projekte gemäß §26 werden in den Rechnungsworkflow aufgenommen

Viel Neues bringt der elektronische Bestell- und Rechnungsworkflow, der am 23. Februar 2015 seinen Vollbetrieb an der Uni Graz aufnimmt. Mit im Gepäck ist auch eine Änderung des Bezahlmodus für Rechnungen aus Projekten gemäß §26 des UG 2002: Bisher wurden nur die Rechnungen in SAP erfasst, nun werden die Projekte gemäß §26 des UG 2002 in den digitalen Bestellgenehmigungsworkflow und einen digitalen Rechnungsworkflow voll integriert. „Zur Eingabe der Bestellung sowie zum Buchen des Wareneingangs in SAP muss für jedes § 26 UG02 Projekt eine SAP Berechtigung vergeben sein“, betont Sandra Hungerländer-Kropf. Das Prozedere läuft dann analog zu allen Rechnungen. Der Workflow wurde vom Zentrum Integriert studieren überprüft und ist barrierefrei.

Für Projekte gem. § 26 UG02 ergeben sich ab 23. Februar folgende Änderungen:

Bestellungen in SAP sind auch für § 26 Projekte anzulegen

Bestellungen für § 26 Projekte werden digital von der anweisungsberechtigten Person (lt. Unterschriftenprobenblatt) freigegeben

Wareneingänge in SAP sind auch für § 26 Projekte zu buchen

Die so genannten SAP MM/SD Light UserInnen, die derzeit zum Aufruf des Controlling-Berichtes in SAP für die einzelnen § 26 Innenaufträge berechtigt sind, erhalten automatisch ab der Umstellung auf den elektronischen Rechnungsworkflow eine Berechtigung zum Anlegen der Bestellungen und zum Buchen des Wareneingangs.

Rescue and risks: Researchers have surveyed public perceptions of AI

The use of artificial intelligence has had to be made transparent since 2 August 2026. The EU’s AI Act, which has been in force since then, also sets out how risky an application is and which security measures apply as a result. However, the assessment of risks by the legislation differs in some cases significantly from the perceptions of the Austrian public.
