Between April 24 and May 7, 2023 (midnight) all members of the University of Graz have to reset their UniGrazOnline (UGO) password. This measure is necessary to sufficiently protect the data of the university, but also personal data.
ATTENTION: Staff members and students who do not change their UGO password within the specified time period will no longer have access to their accounts and IT services after that date (i.e., from May 8, 2023). The uniIT has published a FAQ page on this topic.
Tips for changing your UGO password:
- Please set the new UGO password best in the evening or when you do not need your account for a few hours. Synchronization into subsequent systems, such as WLAN, VPN, email, etc., may take a few hours.
- Please avoid sensitive times for the execution, such as subsequent exams or urgent deadlines.
Reminder: Invitation to the Security Day on May 4, 2023

Another item on the program is a keynote speech by cybercrime expert Cornelius Granig, followed by a discussion and Q&A session. Save The Date! >> Livestream
