Uni Graz zeigt, was MusikerInnen körperlich leisten: Diskussion und Live-Konzert

Nassgeschwitzte SchlagzeugerInnen, durchtrainierte Rockstars, atemlose SängerInnen: Auf den Konzertbühnen wird nicht nur Musik, sondern auch Leistungssport betrieben. Wie hoch ist die Beanspruchung des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems und des Muskelstoffwechsels von MusikerInnen während eines Rock-Gigs? Sportwissenschafter Gerhard Tschakert und Rockmusiker Markus Korinek gehen dieser Frage nach: in der Uni Graz-Reihe „Der bewegte Körper“ am 4. April 2017.
Es wird diskutiert, gerockt und gemessen: Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung gibt Markus Korinek mit seiner Band „The Burning Aces“ im Hörsaal einige Nummern zum Besten. Während des Mini-Konzerts werden Herzfrequenz, Sauerstoffaufnahme, Atemfrequenz und andere spirometrische Marker live gemessen und dem Publikum präsentiert.
