DoktorandInnen aus dem Fach Deutsch als Fremd-/Zweitsprache trafen sich erstmals zum Ideenaustausch.

Im Rahmen des so genannten DoCNet DaF/DaZ trafen sich kürzlich erstmals DissertantInnen aus dem Fach Deutsch als Fremd-/Zweitsprache von insgesamt sechs österreichischen und deutschen Universitäten. Sabine Schmölzer-Eibinger, Leiterin des Netzwerks, initiierte das Treffen gemeinsam mit zwei Wiener Kolleginnen, um mit den Studierenden die Dissertationsvorhaben zu diskutieren und ihnen Gelegenheit zum Austausch sowie zur persönlichen Beratung zu geben. Weiters stand ein Fachvortrag zum Thema Wissenschaftsethik auf dem Programm. "Wir erhielten von allen TeilnehmerInnen durchwegs positives Feedback und werden solche Netzwerk-Treffen künftig regelmäßig abhalten", zieht die Organisatorin Bilanz.

Die DoCNets sind Programme des Doktoratsprogramms Sprachlehr-/-lernforschung und Sprachdidaktik, das Teil der Doktoratsschule Fachdidaktik ist. Initiiert wurden sie von Sarah Mercer, die 2013 das erste Netzwerk aus dem Bereich der Language Education ins Leben rief.
