In wenigen Minuten ist der Arbeitsplatz optimal eingerichtet

PCs und Mobiliar, die heutzutage in Büros verwendet werden, haben meist einen hohen Qualitätsstandard. Gute Arbeitsmittel alleine reichen nicht aus. Man muss auch wissen, wie diese richtig eingestellt und benützt werden. Richten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz optimal ein. Dann können Sie beschwerdefrei arbeiten. Stellen Sie zum Beispiel Ihren Tisch und Bildschirm so auf, dass das Licht von der Seite einfällt (Bildschirm im 90-Grad-Winkel zum Fenster). Die Beleuchtungskörper sollen parallel zur Fensterfront und zur Blickrichtung ausgerichtet sein.

Optimale Sitzposition
Stellen Sie die Sitzhöhe so ein, dass Ihre Oberschenkel ganz auf der Sitzfläche aufliegen. Dabei sollen Ihre Füsse vollen Kontakt zum Boden haben. Zwischen Ober- und Unterschenkel sowie zwischen Oberschenkel und Rumpf muss sich ein offener Winkel (mindestens 90°) ergeben.
Der Abstand zwischen der Kante der Sitzfläche und den Kniekehlen sollte mindestens zwei Finger breit sein. Ein guter Stuhl verfügt über eine höhen- und neigungsverstellbare Rückenlehne mit Lordosestütze (Lendenbausch) sowie über eine Synchronmechanik (Wippmechanik der Rückenlehne).

Rescue and risks: Researchers have surveyed public perceptions of AI
