Optimierung administrativer Abläufe: Die Feedbackbox gibt es weiter

Das administrative Umfeld so gestalten, damit Forschung und Lehre bestmöglich erledigt werden können: Diesem Ziel widmet sich das Projekt zur Verwaltungsoptimierung an der Uni Graz. Dazu wurde die sogenannte Feedbackbox eingerichtet, die konstruktive Rückmeldungen zu Verwaltungsprozessen bzw. -abläufen, Formularen oder Serviceleistungen sammelt.
Unter anderem konnte im Zuge der Initiative die Versicherungserklärung für Werkverträge von vier auf eine Seite reduziert werden. Für Dienstreisen mit der Business-Card der ÖBB konnten drei Varianten der Ticket-Nutzung eingerichtet werden: Bahnticket aufs Mobiltelefon, zum Ausdrucken oder mit Abholcode.

„Optimierung möglich zu machen, bedarf konstruktiver Kritik oder entsprechender Lösungsvorschläge“, erklärt Kurt-Martin Lugger, Leiter des Personalressorts und Projektleiter der Verwaltungsoptimierung.
Die Feedbackbox steht auch weiterhin zur Verfügung und nimmt Anregungen zu Verwaltungsabläufen auf.

The Austrian Science Fund FWF has selected the Doctoral Programme in Theoretical Particle Physics at the University of Graz for funding from the Doc.funds. Six young scientists will be funded for 3.5 years. They will gain fundamentally new insights into the origins of the world.
