Warum eignet sich Joghurt besonders gut als Basis für Marinade? Wie Fritz Treiber in seinem aktuellen Quarantäne-Kochen-Video erklärt, haben britische WissenschafterInnen herausgefunden, dass Joghurt besonders tief in das Fleisch einzieht und sich so versteckte Geschmacksstoffe im Fleisch anreichern.

Fritz Treiber liefert uns heute also ein mit Joghurt mariniertes Huhn. Und weil es in Österreich bekannterweise nicht ohne Salat geht, richtet der Hobbykoch als bitteren Gegenspieler einen Chicoréesalat an: "Das Besondere am Chicorée ist, dass er sehr viele Bitterstoffe enthält, die uns sehr guttun." Zusammen mit köstlichen Kurkuma-Reis ist das - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes - hausgemachte Menü ein Fest für alle Sinneszellen!
