In der Begegnung mit Pferden können WissenschafterInnen Themen der Work-Life-Balance reflektieren

Die Koordinationsstelle für Geschlechterstudien, Frauenforschung & Frauenförderung organisiert im September zwei Veranstaltungen zur Work-Life-Balance im pferdegestützten Setting. Am 18. September geht es um Führung – die Identifikation förderlicher Führungsstärken und –strategien sowie Impulse für konkrete Maßnahmen. Am 25. September steht die Kommunikation im Mittelpunkt. In ländlicher Umgebung und in der Begegnung mit Pferden eröffnen sich neue Möglichkeiten, diese Themen zu betrachten.
