Ringvorlesung widmet sich dem interdisziplinären Thema Stadt

Die "Stadt" als Forschungsgegenstand unterschiedlicher Disziplinen steht im Mittelpunkt einer Vortragsreihe, die im Wintersemester 2013/14 am Institut für Volkskunde und Kulturanthropologie über die Bühne geht. In Zentrum des Vortrags-Reigens stehen städtische Prozesse des gesellschaftlichen Ausschlusses und Einschlusses aus den Perspektiven der Europäischen Ethnologie und der Soziologie, der Theologie, der Architekturtheorie sowie der Kunst. Start ist am kommenden Donnerstag, den 17. Oktober 2013, um 12 bis 13:30 Uhr im Hörsaal 11.01 in der Heinrichstraße. Der letzte Vortrag ist am 30. Jänner 2014.

The Austrian Science Fund FWF has selected the Doctoral Programme in Theoretical Particle Physics at the University of Graz for funding from the Doc.funds. Six young scientists will be funded for 3.5 years. They will gain fundamentally new insights into the origins of the world.
