Frische Pasta am Glacis bietet täglich die Pastaria

„Italienische Spezialitäten handgemacht“ – der Untertitel des Restaurants „Pastaria“ in der Glacisstraße 1 hält, was er verspricht: Feinste Orecchiette, Farfalle, Fettuccine, Ravioli oder Tagliatelle mit täglich wechselnden Saucen und Beilagen entführen Studierende und MitarbeiterInnen nach Bella Italia. Und das um schlanke 4,20 € pro Nudelgericht bzw. 4,70 € für den Pastamix! Die Penne mit Brokkoli und Mandeln in Oberssauce sind mild im Abgang, und die große Portion macht richtig satt.

Das Testmenü
Die saftige Hühnerbrust mit würzigen Mini-Gnocchi und knackigem Gemüse (7,50 €) mundet ebenso wie die beiden Testdesserts: ein cremiges Tiramisu mit bissfesten Biskotten (2,80 €) sowie der flaumige Schokokuchen mit gehackten Walnüssen (1,60 €). An seiner Größe gemessen besticht das Stehlokal – Tipp: vor 12 Uhr kommen! – durch enorme kulinarische Vielfalt: Crespelle (4 €), Gemüsestrudel (4 €), Polentaschnitte (3,50 €), Kürbisauflauf mit Schafskäse (3,50 €) oder Kräuter-Frittata (2 €) finden sich ebenfalls im Angebot, alle Speisen gibt es auch zum Mitnehmen. Hausgemachte Pasta und Pestos werden zudem zum Verkauf angeboten, auch Weine, Öle und Eingelegtes. Freundlicher Service, gratis Wasser und extragroße Portionen Parmesan runden den köstlichen Kurztrip nach Italien ab. Da capo!
