Angehende JuristInnen überzeugen bei nationalen und internationalen Moot-Court-Bewerben

Das erlernte Fachwissen in der Praxis einsetzen: Mit ihrem eigenen Moot Court-Raum, einem Lehrsaal, in dem Studierende Situationen aus dem Berufsleben von Juristen realitätsnah trainieren können, richtete die Universität Graz im letzten Jahr Österreichs ersten Übungs-Verhandlungssaal ein. Studierende der Rechtswissenschaften konnten in den vergangenen Wochen ihr Können unter Beweis stellen. Neben dem ersten Platz im Franz von Zeiller-Moot Court setzte sich ein zweites Studierendenteam rund um Alexander Fercher, Katharina Gruber, Martin Lippitsch, David Schneeberger und Julius Spieldiener kürzlich im Umweltrecht-Moot-Court durch. Auch international bewiesen Nachwuchs-JuristInnen ihr Können: Ein Team der Universität Graz mischte beim international ausgetragenen Vis Moot in der Weltspitze mit und schaffte es in die Runde der besten 64 Teams von 357 Universitäten aus 80 Ländern.
