Mit einfachen Tipps den Arbeitsplatz ergonomisch gestalten

Durch einen maßgeschneiderten Arbeitsplatz kann Haltungsschäden und Schmerzen des Bewegungsapparats entgegengewirkt werden. Sicherheitsfachkraft Erich Barzer hat hilfreiche Vorschläge, die einfach umzusetzen sind.

• Einstellen des Tisches nach der „Ellbogenregel“
Ist der Tisch nicht verstellbar, kann man die Ellbogenregel einhalten, indem man den Stuhl entsprechend einstellt (Ellbogenhöhe = Tischhöhe). Kleine Personen benötigen in diesem Fall meistens eine Fußstütze.

• Position von Bildschirm und Tastatur
Monitor und Tastatur sollten gerade vor dem Körper positioniert sein, parallel zur Tischkante. Legen Sie Papierdokumente zwischen die Tastatur und den Bildschirm – am besten auf eine schräge Dokumentenauflage.
Die Bildschirmoberkante soll sich mindestens zehn Zentimeter (eine Handbreit) unter der Augenhöhe befinden. Ab einer Größe von 24 Zoll muss ein Monitor bis zur Pultplatte abgesenkt werden können. Die Sehdistanz zum Bildschirm beträgt 60 bis 80 Zentimeter, bei größeren Monitoren auch etwas mehr.
