Der ELCH hat geröhrt

Insgesamt gab es sechs Nominierungen.

Carole Bourgadel gewinnt den E-Learning-Champion für ihren Französisch-Online-Videokurs.

Einmal Jahr vergibt die Universität Graz einen Preis, der den ausgezeichneten Einsatz von Neuen Medien in der Lehre würdigt: den ELCH - E-Learning-Champion. Und jedes Jahr gibt es ein besonderes Thema, eine Fach-Jury und auch glückliche GewinnerInnen. Heuer gab es die Möglichkeit bis zum 31. Oktober 2016 tolle Projekte zum Generalthema "Videos in der Lehre" einzureichen. Mit Erfolg: Sechs Nominierungen, drei Preise - ein Hauptpreis, ein Förder- und ein Anerkennungspreis - konnten am 1. Dezember 2016 von Vizerektor Martin Polaschek, der den Preis unterstützt, überreicht werden. Initiiert und organisiert wird die Auszeichnung vom Team der Akademie für Neue Medien und Wissenstransfer an der Uni Graz.

Traditionell startet die ELCH-Preisverleihung auch immer mit einem zum Thema passenden Vortrag. Diesmal referierte Claus-Rainer Michalek von der Universität für Bodenkultur und zeigte in seiner Präsentation "Und es bewegt sich doch etwas! Lehren und Lernen mit Videos" Möglichkeiten auf, wie bewegte Bilder in der universitärn Lehre ´schnell, unkompliziert und einfach einsetzbar sind.

Auch im kommenden Jahr ist die Verleihung der ELCH-Preise geplant: Diesmal können Initiativen und Projekte zum Thema "Open Educational Resources in der Lehre" eingereicht werden.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the diversity of languages without travelling far by taking part in a quiz at the station.
