Tag des Bodens am 22. Oktober 2015 im Botanischen Garten

Er ist Lebensraum für Pflanzen, Tiere, Bakterien und Pilze. In seiner dynamischen Wandlungsfähigkeit bildet er die Grundlage für lebendige Vielfalt: der Boden! Das Freiland-Labor der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz widmet in Kooperation mit der Bio Ernte Steiermark den vielfältigen Funktionen des Bodens zum ersten Mal einen spannenden Aktionstag am Donnerstag, 22. Oktober 2015: mit Workshops für SchülerInnen, Vorträgen für Boden-Interessierte und Speisen mit Erde aus dem Geschmackslabor der Uni Graz.

Während das Vormittagsprogramm sich an SchülerInnen richtet – die Workshops sind bereits ausgebucht, sind die Veranstaltungen am Nachmittag des „Bodentags“ ab 14 Uhr im Botanischen Garten der Uni Graz für GärtnerInnen, (Hobby-)Landwirte und fachlich Interessierte gedacht. WissenschafterInnen der Uni Graz und der Universität für Bodenkultur Wien, ExpertInnen der Versuchsstation Obst- und Weinbau Haidegg sowie der Bio Ernte Steiermark nehmen die TeilnehmerInnen mit auf eine Reise durch das Universum Boden.

Der Aktionstag ist eine Zusammenarbeit des Freiland-Labor der 7. fakultät der Uni Graz und der Bio Ernte Steiermark mit Unterstützung der Versuchsstation Obst- und Weinbau Haidegg.
