Bewegung mit Hirn

Drei kostenlose Schnupper-Einheiten Life Kinetik, exklusiv für MitarbeiterInnen der Uni Graz.

In Kooperation mit dem USI werden im Rahmen der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung auch im SS 2015 wieder Schnupperkurse für MitarbeiterInnen der Universität Graz angeboten.

Jeder Mensch nutzt seine 100 Milliarden Gehirnzellen, die er seit der Geburt hat, anders, aber keiner schöpft die riesigen Möglichkeiten auch nur annähernd aus. Durch spaßige, visuelle und koordinative Aufgaben für Ihren Körper wird Ihr Gehirn gezwungen, neue Verbindungen zwischen den Gehirnzellen zu schaffen. Je mehr dieser Verbindungen bestehen, desto höher ist die Leistungsfähigkeit des Gehirns, Berufstätige werden dadurch stressresistenter. Der Kurs ist für all jene, die Spaß an Bewegung haben und ihr Gehirn dabei herausfordern wollen.

Der Kurs im März: 3 Einheiten Life Kinetik am Montag, 9.,16. und 23.3.2015 jeweils von 17-18 Uhr.
