Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung startet mit gratis Eurythmie-Kurs im April

In Kooperation mit dem USI werden im Rahmen der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung auch im Sommersemester 2015 wieder Schnupperkurse für MitarbeiterInnen der Universität Graz angeboten. Diesmal handelt es sich um einen Eurythmie-Kurs, der an drei Terminen im April - immer montags - veranstaltet wird. Ziel ist es, eine bessere Selbst- und Gruppenwahrnehmung sowie die Vertiefung der Erlebnisfähigkeit zu gewinnen. Eurythmie eirkt ausgleichend, belebend, lösend und ordnend.


Grundelemente aus Eurythmie, Schauspiel, Musik und Rhythmik

Wann? 3 Einheiten Eurythmie am Montag, 13.,20. und 27.4.2015 jeweils von 17-18 Uhr.
