The Confidence Centre for Conflict Situations supports employees of the University of Graz in stressful and/or conflict-laden situations in working life!
The earlier a perceived stress, an emotional crisis or a one-sided or multiple-sided impairment experienced in working together receives professional support, the clearer the relieving, resource-preserving and conflict-preventive effects.
Offer
Individuals or groups can discuss and reflect on their own situation and discuss possible solutions in a strictly confidential setting with professional support. The services on offer range from support with initial orientation in "only" ambivalent situations to conflict coaching and classic mediation in team conflicts.
