Tax returns, financial planning, gross domestic product – topics that cause many secondary school students to furrow their brows. Elisabeth Riebenbauer is working to change that. Together with colleagues from Germany, the business educator has developed the EDDA platform. The AI-supported electronic teaching aid analyses lesson plans and materials, provides feedback and suggestions for improvement. With the help of EDDA, future educators learn how to teach business at school in a clear and exciting way. The lessons are designed to be practice-oriented, incorporate sustainability and digital technologies, and enable students to understand economic processes.
