Zehn Punkte für's Social Web

Neue Social-Media-Guidelines helfen im Uni-Alltag beim Umgang mit Facebook, Twitter und Co

Das Web 2.0 und Social Media haben auch an der Universität Graz Platz genommen: Die Universität nützt diese neuen Wege, um sich weiter einer breiten Öffentlichkeit zu öffnen und mit dieser in Dialog zu treten. Das Mitmach-Web ist für die Universität als Bildungs- und Forschungseinrichtung ein wichtiger Kanal für die Kommunikation mit Studierenden, MultiplikatorInnen und der breiten Öffentlichkeit. 

Für die Steuerung und Koordinierung aller Web-2.0-Aktivitäten der Uni Graz ist das Social-Media-Redaktionsteam, das von der Abteilung Presse + Kommunikation koordiniert wird, zuständig. Gleichzeitig sollen aber alle MitarbeiterInnen der Universität für Besonderheiten und Risiken im Umgang mit den sozialen Medien sensibilisiert werden - die Social-Media-Guidelines sollen dabei helfen. Sie wurden vom Rektorat beschlossen und im Uni-Graz-Mitteilungsblatt in Sondernummer 2a vom 9. Oktober 2013 veröffentlicht. Für Äußerungen im Web 2.0, in denen die berufliche Tätigkeit an der Uni Graz im Mittelpunkt steht, sind diese Richtlinien bindend.

Die Abteilung Presse + Kommunikation steht unter communication(at)uni-graz.at sowie der Nebenstelle 1083 für Fragen rund ums Thema Social Media jederzeit zur Verfügung.
