Verleihung des Master of Business Administration am International Management Center Graz

Master of Business Administration (MBA) – diesen Titel dürfen seit 16. Jänner 2014 neun weitere AbsolventInnen des „Executive MBA in General Management“-Lehrgangs des International Management Center Graz/Uni for LIFE führen. Der bereits 8. Jahrgang des hochkarätigen Weiterbildungsangebots wurde mit der Feier im Festsaal des Palais Kottulinsky abgeschlossen.

Neben zahlreichen Familienmitgliedern und Freunden gratulierten den KandidatInnen: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ralf Ewert, wissenschaftlicher Leiter des MBA, Ao.Univ-Prof. Dr. Otto Krickl, Leiter der Spezialisierung „Internationales Projektmanagement“, sowie Dr. Martin H. Bauer, Geschäftsführer des International Management Center Graz.

Ab Herbst 2014 werden die drei neuen, berufsbegleitenden Masterlehr-gänge „Professional MBA Marketing and International Management”, „Professional MBA International Project Management“ und „Professional MBA Controlling, Finance and Accounting” starten. >> Details unter http://managementcentergraz.at

Hot and hotter: Weather station records record-breaking summer temperatures

It has been an exceptionally hot summer so far. The meteorological station at the University of Graz has also reported record temperatures. Unprecedented in the history of weather records dating back to 1894: 44 days above 30 degrees within a single year, six of which were above 35 degrees!

A study by the University of Graz shows that the majority of graduates have clear career plans. The desire for self-employment grows with professional experience and affects all disciplines equally.
