Urlaubsformular im Netz

Uni Graz setzt flächendeckend elektronischen Urlaubsworkflow ein

Der Urlaubsantrag per Mausklick: Seit Ende Jänner ist er an der Uni Graz flächendeckend im Einsatz. Im April 2013 gestartet, konnten anfangs einige Pilotabteilungen das papierlose Service nutzen. Mittlerweile steht er den MitarbeiterInnen aller Fakultäten, Zentren und Verwaltungseinheiten zur Verfügung. Jede/Jeder MitarbeiterIn kann bequem – auch von zu Hause aus – über das SAP-Portal den gewünschten Zeitraum des Erholungsurlaubs beantragen. Mittels E-Mail wir die Leitung verständigt und kann per Knopfdruck den Antrag genehmigen oder ablehnen. Ebenfalls bietet das Portal eine Übersicht über das gesamte eigene Urlaubskontingent, eine Auflistung der Anträge sowie einen Kalender über die genehmigten Urlaube an.

Alle Details zur erfolgreichen Anwendung wurden in einem Videomanual übersichtlich zusammengefasst.

Around the world in eight stops: the Long Night of Research at the University of Graz

On 24 April from 5 pm, you can take a short trip around the globe at the University of Graz, discovering pecularities of foreign countries or new local features in the entrance hall of the University Library. The itinerary takes you through introduced animal species, political attitudes and the omnipotence of algorithms. There will also be a programme in the historic reading hall, as well as at the UniGraz@Museum and the University Archive.
