Update: new features for the youni student app

It is a student card, library card, printing and copying card and key to learning zones. The youni student app has new and improved features ready for the start of the semester, including the weekly view in the calendar.

Weekly view in the calendar

One of the most requested features by students is now a reality: the new weekly view in the youni calendar. This function makes it possible to see all the important dates of the week at a glance, making it much easier to plan your daily study routine. The feature will help to make the stressful university routine more manageable.

Self service for multi-factor authentication

Youni now also offers the option of setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Self Service via youni. This is particularly practical when switching to a new cell phone, for example. Students can renew their MFA independently and without having to visit the Infopoint in person.

Further features in the pipeline

youni will continue to be developed in the future to provide even better support for everyday student life. The following innovations are planned, among others:
USI courses in the calendar: it will soon be possible to view the courses of the University Sports Institute (USI) directly in the youni calendar.

Moodle users can expect something new soon: A function is in the works that will notify you of new course materials, cross lists or submissions. This will keep you up to date when there is something new in the courses.

The youni team is looking forward to feedback from students.

On September 30, 2024, there will also be a youni stand in front of the RESOWI Center during the Welcome Weeks, where a surprise awaits youni users. ► https://welcomeweeks.uni-graz.at
