Den vielfältigen Faktoren widmet sich ein interdisziplinäres Forschungsteam am Institut für Unternehmensführung und Entrepreneurship

Entscheidungsstark, ehrgeizig und energisch? Was macht erfolgreiche ManagerInnen eigentlich aus? Den vielfältigen Faktoren von UnternehmerInnentum widmet sich ein interdisziplinäres Forschungsteam am Institut für Unternehmensführung und Entrepreneurship. Das Spektrum der WissenschafterInnen reicht von Betriebswirtschaft über Soziologie bis hin zur Psychologie.

Wir setzen uns mit angewandter sowie experimenteller Forschung zur Gründung, aber auch mit Spezialfragen aus dem Bereich der Unternehmensführung auseinander“, umreißt Univ.-Prof. Dr. Alfred Gutschelhofer, Leiter des Instituts für Unternehmensführung und Entrepreneurship, den Themenkanon. „In der Praxis ist die Unternehmensführung ebenfalls facettenreich“, bestätigt Gutschelhofer, der daher ein interdisziplinäres Forschungsteam zusammengebracht hat. „Nur wenn die tatsächlichen Herausforderungen der Führung und Gründung entsprechend abgebildet und untersucht werden, können wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse von der Theorie in die Wirtschaft zurückfließen.“
