Japanisch, Koreanisch oder perfektes Englisch sind die Trends bei treffpunkt sprachen. Bis 14. Feber kann man sich für die Kurse im Sommersemester anmelden.

„Englisch als einzige Fremdsprache reicht nicht mehr aus“, weiß Daniela Unger-Ullmann, Leiterin des treffpunkt sprachen. Besonders beliebt sind an der Universität Graz derzeit neben Spanisch und Französisch asiatische Sprachen wie Japanisch und Koreanisch. Eine Umfrage unter KursteilnehmerInnen hat weiters ergeben, dass das Interesse an Aussprachetrainings in Englisch, Italienisch, Französisch und Spanisch sehr hoch ist. Ab dem Wintersemester 2019/20 wird es auch Perfektionierungsangebote in Englisch sowie Global Exchange Trainings für Outgoing-Studierende geben.
Wer sich jetzt gleich weiterbilden möchte, kann sich noch bis 14. Feber 2019 für einen Sprachkurs einschreiben. Nähere Informationen und Anmeldung

The long-term temperature rise – an average over a 20-year period – is predicted to exceed the 1.5-degree threshold of the Paris Agreement as of 2026 already. For the first time, researchers at the University of Graz have been able to make such a forecast so far in advance. The intensifying El Niño climate event favors forecast skill and thereby facilitates a reliable computation.
