Das Portal "Campus-Service" für Störungsmeldungen nutzen

Eine defekte Gangbeleuchtung, fehlende Papierhandtücher in den Toiletten, ein Wasserrohrbruch oder ein geplanter Umzug in ein anderes Gebäude? Seit Dezember ist es MitarbeiterInnen der Uni Graz möglich, Störungsmeldungen am Campus per Knopfdruck über das Portal "Campus-Service" der Abteilung Gebäude und Technik zu melden sowie auf diesem Wege auch Serviceleistungen, wie etwa Veranstaltungsaufbau durch die HausarbeiterInnen, zu bestellen. "Das Portal wird sehr gut angenommen. Rund 590 Meldungen sind bereits eingegangen", berichtet Peter Fink von der Direktion Ressourcen und Planung.

Um die Störungsmeldungen auf dem Campus fortan zu bündeln und Doppelgleisigkeit in der Verwaltung zu vermeiden, wird ab sofort der Service über die E-Mail-Adresse agt.zv@uni-graz.at eingestellt. MitarbeiterInnen, die Meldungen an diese Adresse richten, bekommen eine automatische Nachricht übermittelt.
