Richtlinien entstehen

Werte- und Verhaltenskodex: Abschluss-Workshop am 28. Oktober 2014

Bild der Organisation. Der Umgang miteinander. Transparenz in Kommunikationsprozessen. Transparenz in Entscheidungsprozessen. Verantwortung. Diese fünf Kernthemen haben sich im Zuge des strategischen Projektes „Werte- und Verhaltenskodex“ für die Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz herauskristallisiert. Im Rahmen eines Bottom-up-Prozesses, in den insgesamt mehr als 400 MitarbeiterInnen eingebunden waren und sind, wurden die Inhalte für einen konstruktiven Umgang mit- und untereinander gesammelt, gefiltert und wieder zur Diskussion gestellt.

Zu den fünf oben genannten Fokusbereichen liegen mittlerweile Texte vor, die nun beim Abschluss-Workshop am 28. Oktober 2014 wieder rückgekoppelt werden. Von 9 bis 13 Uhr stehen in der Aula die Präsentation und Diskussion der erarbeiteten Textentwürfe auf dem Programm. Alle am Prozess beteiligten Personen sowie alle Interessierten haben die Möglichkeit, Ideen und Änderungswünsche einzubringen. Erste Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung des Wertekodex im Arbeitsalltag an der Uni Graz sollen ebenfalls entwickelt werden.
Darüber hinaus werden die drei Querschnittsmaterien Gleichstellung, Menschenrechte und Nachhaltigkeit präsentiert.
