24 Lehrveranstaltungen wurden in diesem Jahr für den Lehrpreis nominiert

Die Qual der Wahl hatte die Jury kürzlich für den Lehrpreis "Lehre: Ausgezeichnet!": Immerhin musste sie aus 24 nominierten Projekten jene beste Lehrveranstaltung küren, die den Kriterien und dem diesjährigen Fokus "Theorie spannend vermitteln" am besten entsprach. Bei der Jurysitzung dabei waren der Vizerektor für Studium und Lehre, Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Polaschek, die Studiendekane Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Helmut Guttenberger (NAWI) sowie Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Heinz Königsmaier (SOWI), die Leiterin der Lehr- und Studienservices Dr. Gudrun Salmhofer, die ÖH-VertreterInnen Catherine Vlay und Markus Trebuch sowie der Leiter der Stabsstelle Qualitätsmanagement der Boku Wien, Mag. Thomas Guggenberger.

Die SiegerInnen des diesjährigen Lehrpreises und der Anerkennungspreise werden am 6. November 2014 im Rahmen des "Tag der Lehre" bekanntgegeben.

Around the world in eight stops: the Long Night of Research at the University of Graz

On 24 April from 5 pm, you can take a short trip around the globe at the University of Graz, discovering pecularities of foreign countries or new local features in the entrance hall of the University Library. The itinerary takes you through introduced animal species, political attitudes and the omnipotence of algorithms. There will also be a programme in the historic reading hall, as well as at the UniGraz@Museum and the University Archive.
