Infos zum Sachverhalt. Studierenden-Accounts können über PIN-Code wieder reaktiviert werden

Am Samstag, 18. Jänner 2020, nachmittags wurde über den E-Mail-Account einer Bediensteten ein Phishing-Mail an sämtliche E-Mail-Adressen der Universität Graz verschickt. Mehr als 600 Studierende sind Opfer der jüngsten Phishingwelle geworden und haben dabei ihre Zugangsdaten im Internet veröffentlicht. Als Konsequenz und Sicherheitsmaßnahme mussten ihre Accounts vorübergehend gesperrt werden.
Die uniIT unterstützt diese Studierenden bei der möglichst raschen Wiederherstellung ihrer Accounts.

Entsperrung über persönliche E-Mail-Adresse
Betroffene Studierende, die in UNIGRAZonline eine persönliche E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt haben, können diese über die Funktion (SelfSercvice) in UNIGRAZonline erledigen.

Gesperrte Accounts manuell entsperren
All jene, die keine persönliche E-Mail Adresse hinterlegt haben und dies damit nicht selbst bewerkstelligen können, bekommen beim Infopoint der uniIT oder der Studienabteilung Unterstützung.

Durch Phishing-Mails kann es zu einer ungewollten Weitergabe persönlicher Daten kommen. Wir bitten daher, bei künftigen Mails verstärkt die Sicherheit angeführter Links zu hinterfragen, um etwaige Schäden von vornherein zu vermeiden.

Around the world in eight stops: the Long Night of Research at the University of Graz

On 24 April from 5 pm, you can take a short trip around the globe at the University of Graz, discovering pecularities of foreign countries or new local features in the entrance hall of the University Library. The itinerary takes you through introduced animal species, political attitudes and the omnipotence of algorithms. There will also be a programme in the historic reading hall, as well as at the UniGraz@Museum and the University Archive.
