Falls die Hörsaal-Technik streikt: Ab sofort stehen in den Portierslogen Beamer und Laptop für Präsentationen zur Verfügung

Einen neuen Service bietet die UNI-IT für Bedienstete und Lehrbeauftragte an: In jeder Portiersloge - RESOWI, Hauptgebäude, Wallgebäude - steht ab sofort ein Notfall-Set für Präsentationen bereit. Das Paket beinhaltet einen Beamer sowie ein Notebook mit installiertem Office 2010. So kann bei einem eventuellen Ausfall der Hörsaal-Infrastruktur oder bei unvorhergesehenem Bedarf in einem der Seminarräume sehr schnell reagiert werden. Zu beachten ist, dass die Notebooks speziell für Präsentationen ausgelegt sind und keine anderen Programme und auch kein Netzwerk installiert sind. Die Dateneinspielung kann über die USB-Schnittstellen, CD oder DVD erfolgen. Der Vorteil dieses neuen Angebots ist, dass die Notfall-Sets bei Bedarf kurzfristig und unbürokratisch während der Gebäudeöffnungszeiten bei den Portieren (in Vorlesungszeiten von Montag bis Freitag: 7:00 – 22:00 Uhr) abgeholt und zurückgebracht werden können. Für die Inbetriebnahme der Notebooks ist KEIN Passwort notwendig!

Die standardmäßige Reservierungen von Projektoren oder Notebooks für geplante (Lehr-) Veranstaltungen ist weiterhin über den Servicedesk der UNI-IT (servicedesk(at)uni-graz.at, Tel.: 2240) möglich.

Around the world in eight stops: the Long Night of Research at the University of Graz

There will also be a programme in the historic reading hall, as well as at the UniGraz@Museum and the University Archive.
