Fest der Begegnung am 14. Juni 2014: Karten ab sofort erhältlich

In 80 Minuten um die Welt – am 14. Juni 2014 lädt der diesjährige Multikulti-Ball an der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz zu einer Reise über den Globus. Tanzen, kosten und begegnen lautet wieder das Motto des einzigartigen Festes.
Der Reinerlös dieser außergewöhnlichen Benefizveranstaltung fließt in das Stipendienprogramm des Afro-Asiatischen Instituts, wodurch Studierende aus Afrika, Asien und Lateinamerika die Möglichkeit erhalten, in Österreich zu studieren.
Ab sofort sind die Karten zum Preis von 48 Euro erhältlich. Ermäßigte Karten für Studierende um 23 Euro, gegen Vorlage eines StudentInnenausweises in allen Vorverkaufsstellen.

She reports on the collective solidarity of the population, the resistance to the President’s attempts to divide the community, and the power of informal social networks that ensure day-to-day provision and safety. These practices of solidarity are also relevant for Europe.

Record of reported species: Styria wins the global City Nature Challenge

Observers in Styria recorded 5,158 different animals, plants and fungi as part of the international City Nature Challenge between 24 and 27 April 2026. This saw the region take first place in the "species" category. Ostrava in the Czech Republic made the most observations, with just under 140,000, whilst the San Francisco Bay Area had the highest number of participants, namely 3,019.
