Universität Graz lädt von 20. bis 22. Mai 2019 zu den Nachhaltigkeitstagen

Feinstaub, Lärm und Staus: Was braucht es, damit der Verkehr in Graz grün wird? Wie können wir alle umweltfreundlich mobil werden und bleiben? Was bringen technologische Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich für die Zukunft? Die Nachhaltigkeitstage der Universität Graz – sie finden heuer bereits zum vierten Mal statt – rücken dieses Mal das Thema Nachhaltige Mobilität in den Mittelpunkt.
An drei Tagen finden für Studierende und MitarbeiterInnen der Universität Graz sowie für alle Interessierten kostenlose Veranstaltungen, wie etwa Workshops und Vorträge, am Campus statt. Erstmalig wird dieses Jahr eine Green Mobility Design Thinking Challenge veranstaltet, bei der Studierende mit den steirischen Unternehmen AVL, Magna und NEO sowie Design Thinking Coaches von SAP Lösungen für den Mobilitätsbereich erarbeiten.

Programm-Highlights im Überblick:

● Mobilitätsmesse mit Start-ups, Initiativen und Organisationen aus dem Mobilitätsbereich
● Vorträge und Workshops, etwa zu DIY-Rad-Reparatur und E-Mobilität
● Podiumsdiskussion: Wie bewegen wir uns in Zukunft fort?
● Kostenloser Radlcheck für Studierende und MitarbeiterInnen der Universität Graz
● Ausstellung zu den Zielen für nachhaltige Entwicklung (SDGs) mit Gewinnspiel
● Vorstellung der Ergebnisse (Ideen Pitch) im Rahmen der Green Mobility Design Thinking Challenge

Around the world in eight stops: the Long Night of Research at the University of Graz

On 24 April from 5 pm, you can take a short trip around the globe at the University of Graz, discovering pecularities of foreign countries or new local features in the entrance hall of the University Library. The itinerary takes you through introduced animal species, political attitudes and the omnipotence of algorithms. There will also be a programme in the historic reading hall, as well as at the UniGraz@Museum and the University Archive.
